How old were you when you started bowling?: My father took me bowling for the first time when I was just under 2 years old.  I've been bowling ever since then.  So I've gotjust under 18 years of bowling under my belt.

Do you own your own ball?:  I own close to 20 balls.  Of those 20, only 13 of them I can still throw.  I carry anywhere from 8 to 13 bowling balls with me depending on the house, tournament, and where I'm traveling too.  If I'm traveling out of state to an alley I've never been to, I'll take 12 or 13.  If I've been to the house before and have a good idea of what the shot is, I'll take 8 to 11

Do you bowl in a league? Which one(s)?: Yes I do.  Tuesday Night College Doubles. Wednesday night PBA Experience league.

What's your favorite bowling alley?: I don't have one. I bowl in so many it's hard to choose.  Every center has its pros and cons.

How about your LEAST favorite?: Hanover Bowling Center - Hanover, PA.

Do you like bowling with the "cosmic" lights?:  No.  The only time I go during glow/cosmic bowling is when the traveling league is bowling at one end of the alley with the lights on.  I'll bowl down in the lights for the glow bowling rate.  8 bucks for 6-10 games...can't beat that.

How about with music playing?: It doesn't matter.  I don't pay attention to it when I'm on the approach anyways.

Do you like to order food from the snack bar while you bowl?: Only when I absolutely have to. Only when I haven't eaten a thing all day.  I will say that I must have a drink during tournament competition.  I seem to bowl better with a soothed throat.

Have you ever made the 7-10 split?: Yes, twice.  One the convential way and the other off of a full rack of pins. I was just goofing around and I threw the ball as hard as i could down the gutter, hit the 10, the pin bounced off the back wall and jumped up just enough to tap the 7 pin and nothing else. Was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Have you ever bowled a 300 game?: Yes.  The first one was when I was 16.  I have 5 sanctioned 300 games and 18 in practice.

If not, have you seen someone else do it?:  Several dozen times. 

Do you watch bowling on TV?: As often as I can.  If I miss it, I utilize PBA.com's Strikepass and watch it online.

When you go bowling on a date, who usually wins?: I do ha.  My girlfriend is getting good though.  She's been bowling for just over a year and is close to a 140 average.  I'm helping slowly get better.

Any embarrassing moments happen while you were bowling?: Throwing a shot with my shoe sleeve still on my sliding foot.  Fell straight forward and slid down the lane about 12 feet...sadly this happened on two occassions.

What's the highest game you've ever bowled?: 300.

The lowest?: Everyone has bowled bad games.  But with my current skill level, the lowest game I've thrown is a 156 on a sport shot.  Gotta make them single pin spares!

Ever had a birthday party at a bowling alley?: No.

Which of your MySpace friends have you went bowling with?: A lot of my friends are bowlers. I would say close to 50 of them.

Who won?: We've all won and lost our matches.

Can you hook the ball?: Yea....its not hard.  Especially with today's equipment.

Do you use a ball with a fingertip grip?: Absolutely.

Ever left without paying?: Never.  Thats just dumb.

Ever walk out while still wearing the bowling shoes?: No.  My shoes were too damn expensive to forget about taking them off.  It's not often where I spend 200 bucks on shoes.

Do you think it's easy to make the 10-pin (7-pin if you're lefthanded)?: Yea.  I shouldn't be missing any single pin conversions.

Lastly, wanna go bowling right now?: Every day.

Bowling has been going pretty well.  Done a couple Pennsylvania Junior Bowlers Tournament (PJBT) scratch tournaments.  In the past month I've had a couple top 10's, two top 5's, and a runner-up finish.  Everything has been coming together very well lately.  The 2nd place finish I shot +334 for the first 8 games averaging 241.75.  Things have been going well for me and hopefully things just continue to do so, if not better.  I'm going to try and make regular posts on this regarding my scores for leagues, tournaments, and practice.
